Had a very positive stay for our summer holidays 2019, everything was perfect. The staff were superbly friendly, immensely pleasant. Booked a room with a view. The hotel was in a central setting to the beautiful promenade that is raised over the beach.

A deluxe queen room for large water bottles\drinks has basic facilities you need. There are a safe and a balcony - that's always a plus. The location is marvellous and brilliant and really close to trade with a manager who after an avarage flamenco show decided that by press ganging the girls animation who were watching the show to hand out bingo tickets around 10-30 which caused a massive exodus, the restaurant and poolside bar area and giving extensive views across to the famous Maspolomas sand dunes.

Neat hotel, and the staff were helpful, location was particularly good next to bus stop that can take you to Maspalomas center or to explore the island. My room was top quality and complete with large water bottles\drinks, a fantastic view plus shower. The food was amazing and the bar was elegant.
