The accommodation was modern, pool was lovely, beds were large. The room I stayed in was well furnished and unique, it had 1 double bed. The tapas restaurant was good with a huge variety of meals in the menu.

Everything was simply perfect. Absolutely fantastic and fabulous hotel, the services were perfect, stunning location in centre of town. Location: the property was close enough to beatiful valley and mountains, the large Fred Olsen Speedcat ferries that link Gran Canaria with Teneriffe several times a day and the tapas restaurants in Aegete. There was a tapas restaurant nearby. The decor was original, the room was airy. The bed was good & the staff was excellent.

The employees were extremely friendly and very amiable. We got large and unique guest room in general dismal atmosphere as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was amazing, for example, Agaete Valley was just a short stroll away from the hotel. It was located in a fairly nice area right by the tapas restaurants in Aegete, all the fine hiking trails and the large Fred Olsen Speedcat ferries that link Gran Canaria with Teneriffe several times a day.

Excellent overall experience. Absolutely charming accommodation with marvellous setting short walk to especially from the breakfast/bar verandah, and all the fine hiking trails. Nicely furnished and airy room with a private safe, a minibar and central heating. The staff - pleasant and affable.
