Reasonably clean hotel with very efficient and especially helpful employees upon request via the bar staff. Comfy bedroom. Fantastic view, varied breakfast options with cheese and bacon and cooked eggs. Location - perfect and excellent just next door to the shopping centre as well as the various bars that were all in walking distance. Besides, very convenient to St George's Hall Liverpool.

Travelled with my children, overall the hotel was fabulous and quiet. The staff was exceptional & courteous. The location was great and lovely, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an energetic beach. I found it in a new area very close to the shopping centre which is a 2 minute walk from the park as well as other shopping areas close by instead of the jaded jumbo centre. Having different tasty drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch. Had an excellent stay here during my trip.
